It's early October... and it's 95 degrees outside! We take a break from interviews and decide to enjoy a bottle kill episode in Jim's 65 degree basement studio. Join us while we finish off three near empty bottles to clear some room in the bar. We also sample Jim's private blend called "Old Hoot".
